How to Order

If this is your first time ordering with us please read the information below to avoid disappointment and to ensure an easy, problem free delivery experience :)

Daily orders open up online between 8am - 10:30am AEST. Daily blooms can be found on the Home Page.
Pre-Orders are always open and are available for a whole month in advance. 

Orders close at 10:30am (unless sold out prior) 
This means we cannot deliver before 10:30am Tuesday - Friday
The only time we will deliver before 10:30am is in the event we have sold out earlier in the day, or you have arranged a specific time with a staff member prior.

Delivery window is between 11:00am - 5:30pm
This means your order will be delivered at any time between 11:00pm & 5:30pm. We cannot guarantee a specific time within this window for your delivery. You are welcome to email us at to enquire about a specific daily delivery time, we will try to accommodate if we can. :)

What if they're not home? 
If delivering to a home address all deliveries will be left in a safe, secure place for the recipient to receive upon their arrival home. If delivering to a secure complex we require further information for how to deliver your order. If delivering to another location (hospital etc) please provide further instructions for delivery. We will only contact you if we cannot deliver your order to a safe, secure place or have your order left with someone who can forward it to the recipient (receptionist, neighbour etc). You will always receive a confirmation email to let you know when your flowers have been delivered.

Ordering for delivery to a business, school? (or other time limited location)
Please provide the business name, business hours and an alternate delivery address where the recipient will be able to receive the flowers if the business hours do not extend to our delivery times.
You will be contacted via sms or phone call if your delivery will be made to the alternate address.

Please ensure all details are correct before proceeding to payment.
Please check the delivery address you have provided is correctly spelt and any special delivery instructions are clear. When ordering from us "the recipient" is the person receiving the flowers and "the customer" is you, the person placing the order. 
If any of the details are incorrect and we cannot complete delivery we will contact you via phone or email to arrange a solution, re-deliveries can incur a fee in some cases.

Not sure where the recipient will be during our delivery times? 
If you can't be sure of all the above details required for a successful delivery, consider having your order delivered to you directly? We can still hand write your personal message for your recipient and then deliver direct to you, this way you will get to see the look of joy from your loved ones when you gift them with the best blooms in town. ;)

Don't see your suburb on the list? 
We are located in the central GC hinterland, our suburb list includes all locations that qualify for free delivery. All other suburbs incur a delivery fee (starting at $7). Email us at and we will help you complete your order.
